Why choose Yoga Bubbles?

You may be able to tilt your head slightly to the side or lift your leg above your head. You may find that trying to focus brings you frustration caused by a racing, over active mind or maybe you can sit and be still for a reasonable time with a true sense of mental stillness and ease. You may discover your upper body strength is better than your hip flexibility or your breathing rhythms are as hectic as your thoughts or you can balance perfectly on one side but wobble profusely on the other.

The list goes on for us all from beginners to experienced. Being in your ‘Yoga Bubble’ is exactly where you need to be. In your space, with your own body and your own thoughts and slowly dusting off the cobwebs that life can build around us.

Get in your own bubble and move freely at a pace and a level comfortable for you. We are all unique in our abilities for many different reasons.

When using Yoga Bubbles, you will find each posture (Asana) explained individually so you can pick 1 or 5 or more to practice in your own time. Or join in a shorter or longer class when you and your body is ready. If you are experienced, you are probably already attending a class and have found a Yoga guru to guide you in becoming rooted in your own practice.

Yoga Bubbles is not here to force you to lift your limbs until you can’t find them, twist your torso until you're all tangled or stand in a strong stance until your shaking. I have created Yoga Bubbles for the everyday person.

I hope there is something here for everyone, but if you're looking to raise your leg over your head or balance on 1 arm upside down, well you won't find that here... I'm not quite there yet.
